Lead System Engineering Architect

Overview

Lead System Engineering Architect for JLL Technologies (JLLT), focusing on enterprise architecture for Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives integrated with low-code/RPA/BPM platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end architecture guidance for GenAI and Agentic AI design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Facilitate requirements elaboration workshops to map current and future state processes.
• Own enterprise architecture and reference patterns for orchestration, model selection, RAG/knowledge integration, guardrails, and responsible-AI compliance.
• Provide team leadership for solution/customer engagements and define design blueprints (low code/no code, AI agents, enterprise integration).
• Lead UAT and model/agent validation processes with strategic end users.
• Facilitate rollout, adoption, change management, and enablement for new AI-enabled products/features.

What you'll need

• At least 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Significant enterprise architecture experience and BPM/low-code automation experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering GenAI/Agentic AI solutions including agent orchestration frameworks, LLM integration, prompt/RAG design, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience designing scalable, large-scale applications on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience across software development phases (design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, support).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience and strong English communication skills.
