Overview
Lead Value Engineer for the Public Sector, architecting and driving large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation using the Celonis Context Model.
What you'll do
- Map how the Celonis platform accelerates and supports the customer’s enterprise AI strategy.
- Take end-to-end accountability for massive ROI targets.
- Craft board-level executive narratives and lead complex, multi-workstream value workshops.
- Execute C-level orchestration and drive executive sponsorship across the C-suite.
- Steer and govern cross-regional transformation programs.
- Leverage AI-driven account planning across a portfolio of workstreams.
- Define strategic expansion roadmap and identify next-generation industry use cases.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of highly relevant experience with ownership of multiple strategic workstreams.
- Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS (e.g., SAP).
- Master AI-fluent operator who uses AI to scale outputs and guide complex solution design.
- Capability to set strategic direction for entire account teams in ambiguity.
- Expertise in value realization and business-critical proof points/use cases.
- Expert at orchestrating massive enterprise programs and mobilizing C-suite sponsorship.
- Expert knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain and deep expertise in Public Sector dynamics.
- Must have an active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics (or Business/Economics with a technical minor) degree.
