What you'll do

- Champion telemetry and observability by instrumenting the site with logging, metrics, and tracing to proactively detect issues and uplevel the team's operational maturity.
- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical standards; own test strategy (unit, integration, end-to-end) as a shared team responsibility to reduce production defects.
- Mentor developers, play an active role in hiring and growing the team, and lead by example on team agreements and best practices.
- Foster an open, collaborative culture with honest communication, peer support, and continuous learning, and stay connected across the broader platform team via stand-ups, brown bags, and demos.
