Overview

Leader role in Testing and Quality Assurance, responsible for testing strategy, quality standards and managing a team of testers and QA specialists.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards
• Manage a team of testers and QA specialists to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
• Conduct testing activities to identify and address defects in software products
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements
• Implement automated testing tools and processes to streamline testing efforts
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Bachelors in Computer Science, Bachelors in Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 10+ years of experience in Agile
• 10+ years of experience in Change Management
• 10+ years of experience in Client Relationships
• 10+ years of experience in Collaboration Tools and Methods
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence
• 10+ years of experience in Design Thinking
• 10+ years of experience in Executive Presence
