Learning & Development Analyst, Specialist (WT PMO)

Overview

Support and deliver learning and development programs for crew in a business unit, managing the full training lifecycle from scheduling and logistics to content maintenance and reporting.

What you'll do

• Prepare learning agenda and programs relevant to crew in a particular business unit or job area.
• Conduct or facilitate general and specific training programs for crew, and design or develop specific training programs.
• Recommend changes to training programs based on analysis of learning and development program feedback or course evaluations, and judge effectiveness of learning programs.
• Ensure learning courses and programs are delivered through the most suitable methodologies, such as individual coaching, classroom training, virtual learning, and other modules.
• Research new training methods and determine relevancy to crew.
• Analyze results of learning course evaluations and identify improvements; lead initiatives to drive improvements toward the career development ecosystem.
• Support the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle, including training calendar management, nomination tracking, scheduling, and query handling.
• Coordinate logistics for classroom, virtual, e-learning, and assessment formats to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining up-to-date content for in-house training programs, both online and offline.
• Maintain training records, prepare evaluation summaries, and support vendor and billing-related activities for training initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training coordination roles.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Com) or Master's degree/Diploma in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and content development skills with experience handling training delivery modes including e-learning, classroom, and virtual platforms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with training lifecycle processes, reporting tools, and LMS platforms.
