Learning & Development Delivery Specialist

Overview

Enovis is hiring a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist to support onboarding and development of new hires within its Global Business Centre in Hyderabad, delivering training on internal processes, systems and tools.

What you'll do

• Deliver induction and onboarding sessions focused on internal processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Create and update online learning modules and classroom materials to support operational excellence.
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions and virtual training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Observe and assess learner performance during and after training, including knowledge checks and practical assessments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new hires to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training content and delivery methods.
• Deliver workshops and interventions focused on clarity and communication with international customers.
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to align training with operational needs and performance goals.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in training delivery or learning support.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering online and classroom-based training.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to create engaging learning content using digital tools.
• Strong observation and coaching capabilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international contact centre or customer service environment.
