Senior Associate in AI Managed Services, focused on integrating large language models and building CI/CD and deployment infrastructure for client solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline project delivery.
• Develop and optimize business process automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational performance issues.
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee service level management to maintain service quality.
• Conduct risk documentation and operational risk management.

What you'll need

• Own production deployments with substantial DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• Have deep CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience with Terraform/IaC.
• Show strong AWS fluency across deployment-relevant services.
• Demonstrate hands-on LLM/agent production deployment (LLMOps) experience.
• Set up observability, evaluation, and cost controls for AI workloads in production.
• Have strong grounding in identity, security, and networking for enterprise integration.
• Demonstrate solid automation skills and codification of build/run processes.

Details

• Location: Anywhere in India, with preference for Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
• Work model: Forward-deployed and customer-facing; embedded within an enterprise client team.
• Work hours: Overlap with client business hours (including US/EST), with occasional deployment support.
