Solution Architect - Onboarding

Overview

As a Solution Architect - Onboarding, you support enterprise customers early in their journey by bridging the gap from signed contracts to production-ready Neo4j ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to align on success criteria, KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Guide instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB environments and/or self-managed clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP with secure network architectures.
• Implement system hardening, TLS/SSL termination, encryption-at-rest, and least-privileged access via SSO and RBAC.
• Architect data ingestion pipelines (bulk imports, stream processing, CDC) and advise on Neo4j driver optimization.
• Configure enterprise observability tools for logs and metrics and deliver workshops on Cypher query performance and backup/restore planning.
• Produce technical deliverables like architecture diagrams, ADRs, and transition backlogs for Professional Services and Cloud Operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Onboarding Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, DevOps/Platform Engineering, or Technical Consulting).
• Hands-on production workloads in at least one major cloud provider ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Deep networking proficiency including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints.
• Track record implementing Enterprise IAM, including SSO (OIDC/SAML) and RBAC design.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade TLS/SSL termination and encryption-at-rest is explicitly included in responsibilities.
