LLM Model Developer

Overview

Fine-tune Large Language Models with a focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve model relevance and performance in specific contexts.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
• Document model development processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
• Experience in designing and implementing instruction fine-tuning techniques to improve model adaptability.
• Strong understanding of domain adaptation strategies to tailor models for specific applications.
• Ability to analyze model outputs critically and identify areas for enhancement.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance optimization methods.
• Capability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for effective model training.
