Overview

Develop and adapt large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance and performance for specific applications.

What you'll do

• Fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications.
• Adapt models to follow instructions and produce relevant responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production.
• Document methodologies and results for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on model development.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience with large language models.
• Proficiency in large language models and agentic AI.
• Experience with natural language processing and model fine-tuning.
• Understanding of neural network architectures and transformer-based models.
• Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets.
• Familiarity with language-model performance evaluation metrics.
• 15 years of full-time education.
