LLM Model Developer

Overview

Fine-tune large language models with a focus on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve model relevance and performance in specific contexts. Acts as a subject matter expert, leads a team, and coordinates with other teams on key decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies to optimize model performance.
• Analyze model outputs and iterate on fine-tuning strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust language models to maintain relevance and effectiveness across applications.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and manage the team to perform.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python frameworks.
• Proficiency in API management.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing to support model training.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Experience integrating AI models with application programming interfaces to enable seamless deployment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.
