Overview
As an AI Logistics Automation Specialist, you will help design, build, and prototype AI agent workflows to improve supply chain and logistics processes.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and prototype AI agent workflows for supply chain and logistics use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional components for proof-of-concept and iterative prototyping.
- Apply LLMs and OCR for document processing, data extraction, and basic automation tasks.
- Integrate AI agents with logistics systems such as OTM/GTM and visibility/operational tools.
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations and automation scripts across connected systems.
- Support deployment and testing of AI-driven solutions and monitor workflow performance.
- Document workflows, test results, and solution details for team knowledge sharing.
What you'll need
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates and early career talent encouraged).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in specified fields or equivalent experience.
- Basic programming skills in Python or similar scripting language to write and modify automation scripts.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts including exposure to LLMs or OCR.
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics concepts such as transportation management, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Nice to have
- Exposure to logistics systems such as Oracle OTM/GTM, SAP, or similar ERP/TMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools, low-code workflow platforms, or API integration (internship, academic project, or self-study acceptable).
- Experience with logistics data formats like packing lists, shipping invoices, and customs documents.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain, n8n, or Make.
- Familiarity with database concepts and basic SQL queries.
