Logistics Executive - Quality Health & Safety

Overview

Oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards across the finished goods warehouse and distribution operations in India, and coordinate Value-Added Services (VAS) with the third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Reports to the Logistics Manager.

What you'll do

• Conduct warehouse safety inspections, risk assessments and internal audits.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and work with the 3PL partner to meet company standards and statutory quality and environmental requirements.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents and quality issues.
• Follow through on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate VAS activities with the 3PL partner, ensuring stock is available and finished work meets quality standards and agreed timelines.
• Monitor 3PL performance across output, productivity, quality and customer complaints.
• Coordinate warehouse maintenance and equipment reviews, and help safeguard stock and assets.
• Coordinate and deliver warehouse training, lead sustainability initiatives with the 3PL partner and implement crisis management and business continuity plans.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and quality management.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritise independently and make timely decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
