Low Tier Sales Supervisor

Overview

Lead a field sales representative team in a defined area, delivering sales strategy, channel revenue KPIs and annual targets.

What you'll do

• Manage, develop and motivate the field sales team.
• Coordinate team training with the sales capability team.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan.
• Report on channel revenue KPIs and targets.
• Build customer business relationships to support category execution.
• Coordinate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance stakeholders.
• Coach the team on category tools and customer engagement.
