Principal Product Manager

Overview

Lead the Worker Safety initiative as a Principal Product Manager, taking an early-access product from customer discovery through launch and scale. Own the product strategy, market fit, and roadmap for a zero-to-one opportunity.

What you'll do

• Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities.
• Define the product vision and roadmap across firmware and software execution.
• Translate customer feedback into a value proposition and quantify ROI.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build full-stack solutions.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to support strategic deals and adoption.
• Establish success metrics and iterate based on product and revenue performance.
• Use AI tools and visualizations to prototype product concepts.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building products from the ground up without an established playbook.
• Strong first-principles thinking and market opportunity analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate product vision to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Technical literacy and comfort working with firmware and technical teams.

Details

• Remote position for candidates residing in the US.
• Annual base salary: $137,200–$245,000 USD.
• Full-time employment.
