Overview
Merative is seeking an M365 Engineer to support enterprise governance for Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and related ITSM/security workflows through controlled, auditable, ticket-driven services.
What you'll do
- Support governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents including access controls and approval processes.
- Document Copilot licensing, premium capabilities, usage limits, connector settings, and governance recommendations.
- Configure agent deployment workflows from sandbox to production including access, upgrade/update, and undeploy processes.
- Manage Power Platform governance for environments, roles, DLP policies, connectors, and governance catalogues using ServiceNow.
- Support Microsoft Fabric governance for workspaces, capacity/licensing, external sharing, and Fabric identities.
- Assist with ServiceNow catalogue and ITSM governance readiness and approval workflows.
What you'll need
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot/Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Fabric governance.
- Hands-on understanding of Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, DLP policies, managed environments, and tenant-level governance controls.
- Experience with Fabric workspaces, capacity concepts, licensing, domains/subdomains, workspace naming, and Fabric Data Agent governance.
- Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment, sandbox-to-production workflows, and ticket-based access management.
- Ability to support ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM documentation, approval workflows, and production-readiness tracking.
- Understanding of security review processes including IAM, conditional access, Defender, Purview/DLP, DSPM, Shadow AI controls, and agent onboarding governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation support for platform issues, licensing constraints, access issues, and agent response discrepancies.
