Overview
Develop and apply specialty analytics knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze and evaluate processes and data for the North America Consumer Bank Customer Experience Analytics function. Interpret data, identify inconsistencies and policy gaps, and formulate recommendations that support business strategies and customer experience improvements.
What you'll do
- Work with large and complex internal and external data sets to evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of business strategies.
- Identify and compile data sets using tools such as SQL and Access to help predict, improve and measure key business-to-business outcomes.
- Document data requirements and perform data collection, processing, cleaning and exploratory data analysis.
- Utilize statistical models, algorithms and data visualization techniques.
- Monitor, assess, analyze and evaluate processes and data.
- Identify policy gaps and formulate policies.
- Interpret data and make recommendations.
- Research and interpret factual information.
- Identify inconsistencies in data or results, define business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code according to design specifications and coding standards.
- Use version control systems such as Git to manage code changes, collaborate with team members and maintain code history.
- Configure and maintain automated build processes such as Jenkins to compile code, run unit tests and create deployable artifacts.
- Execute code testing in Dev and UAT environments.
- Automate deployment pipelines, follow release procedures, verify post-deployment and troubleshoot production issues, if any.
- Understand dependencies, design and consume APIs, ensure data flow integrity, resolve integration issues and maintain architectural awareness.
- Validate and maintain deployed models in production.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 5 years of working experience, or Master’s Degree with 4 years of working experience.
- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL and Machine Learning (ML).
- Analytic ability and problem solving skills.
- Working experience in a quantitative field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be organized, detail oriented and adaptive to a matrix work environment.
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with PySpark.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM/Gen AI).
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Background in Customer Experience (CX) analytics.
- Exposure to Credit card business.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prior experience of Sprints deployment cycle.
- Bachelors/University degree in Computer Science Engg. / IT.
