What you'll do

• Build workflows and agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
• Design evaluation frameworks for the query processing engine.
• Conduct evaluations of the query processing engine.
• Work with customers and founders to define the product roadmap.
• Work with customers and founders to define the engineering roadmap.
• Shape the engineering culture and technology stack.

What you'll need

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work with difficult NLP problems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Background in search or retrieval.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Experience with evaluation pipelines.
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced teams.
