Overview

Machine Learning Ops Engineer focused on AI Operations production support, ensuring stability, performance, and availability of production systems using AIOps tools and methodologies.

What you'll do

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for AIOps products.
• Monitor and support production operations, including troubleshooting.
• Analyze and interpret operational data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for monitoring/support tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Update stakeholders on deployment status, risks, and issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Production Support Analyst in relevant AI Ops/ML/data/DevOps/analytics work.
• Experience using agile methodologies in a relevant domain.
• Skills in DevOps service tooling and platform work (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Microsoft Excel, AI reports).
• Proficiency with JIRA Tool for tracking work.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work environment: normal office environment (Hybrid), with 6 to 8 days per month required in the office.
