ML Ops Engineer

Overview

ML Ops Engineer role focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining software systems and leading integrations and quality activities.

What you'll do

• Establish requirements and define scope and objectives for highly complex software design projects.
• Architect and design software for highly complex systems aligned to technical standards.
• Lead and participate in all phases of software development, including process and final inspections.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews to drive technical and quality improvements.
• Develop and document innovative programs, technologies, and solutions for broader team use.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering disciplines and influence program direction.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and act as a technical expert/customer contact.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages and software architecture.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, system-level programming, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for highly complex technical challenges.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property protection and competitive analysis.
