Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Machine Learning Research Engineer on the Enterprise GenAI Data Foundation team, working on post-training and agent-building research for enterprise agents.

What you'll do

• Build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for RL post-training.
• Create agents that convert production traces into actionable insights.
• Contribute to an agent-building product that constructs agents using coding agents and proprietary algorithms.
• Train state-of-the-art models (internally and from the community) for deployment to enterprise customers.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of building with LLMs in a production environment.
• Experience constructing high-quality data to improve an LLM/agent.
• Publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years.
• PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.

• Work location is in the US (subtitle references locations).
• Full-time base salary range shown for San Francisco, New York, and Seattle: $264,800–$331,000 USD.
