Major Accounts Executive - CDO

Overview

Own major accounts and drive profitable growth across Modern Trade and strategic local supermarket accounts in Mindanao, including Region 10 and CARAGA. Lead customer and distributor partnerships to deliver sales, profit, and execution objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop Joint Business Plans and conduct business reviews.
• Localize national account strategies.
• Align distributor execution and drive accountability for sales, collections, and coverage.
• Deliver net sales, volume, and profit targets.
• Lead promotions, category growth, and Perfect Store execution.
• Identify expansion opportunities across Region 10 and CARAGA.
• Coach frontline teams and coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business or an FMCG-related field.
• Have experience in key account management.
• Bring strong experience in the Mindanao trade environment.
• Demonstrate a track record of driving growth through distributor systems.
