Management Accountant (Expression Of Interest)

Overview

Management Accountant (Expression of Interest) to support the India finance team with financial planning and analysis, process improvement, and cost control.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable activities including invoice coding, review, verification, and payment runs in line with approvals and controls.
• Manage fixed assets including monthly additions/disposals, depreciation runs, and reconciliations to the General Ledger.
• Provide ongoing support for the Oracle financial system.
• Code, reconcile, and process expense claims and monthly credit card statements.
• Assist with GST/tax reporting preparation.
• Monitor and control costs to keep the studio within budget and report deviations with corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with Oracle for AP closing and fixed assets operations.
• Knowledge of GST/tax reporting preparation.
• Ability to reconcile items like fixed assets and credit card statements to the General Ledger.
• Experience coordinating compliance and audit activities.
