Principal Business Integration Analyst(SAP FICO,10+ Years, Bangalore)

Overview

Principal Business Integration Analyst to lead and deliver enterprise SAP Finance functional solutions for Collins Aerospace (RTX), including integrations across SAP systems.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions across FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management.
• Support R2R, AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting processes.
• Lead or contribute to SAP implementation, enhancements, S/4HANA, and change-request projects across requirements to deployment.
• Support FI/CO cutover, month-end/year-end activities, and production issue resolution.
• Manage cross-functional SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, CO, and PS, coordinating with ABAP and interface teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver scalable SAP solutions.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of relevant SAP experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Hands-on SAP Finance (FI) experience including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management.
• Knowledge of R2R, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end processes plus SAP FI implementation/support.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Cross-functional integration knowledge across FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-PP.
• Experience working with ABAP and interface teams.
