Manager, Affiliate Programs

Overview

Lead HighLevel's affiliate programmatic team, which activates, engages and protects the company's base of over ten thousand affiliates through one-to-many gamification initiatives, virtual and in-person events, assets, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead the affiliate programmatic team, which covers events, creative and marketing, operations, and compliance.
• Run one-to-many partner, affiliate, creator, or community programs that reach the full affiliate base at scale.
• Build the events, campaigns, content, and systems that turn new affiliates into active ones and keep the base engaged and motivated.
• Ensure every affiliate promotes HighLevel the right way.
• Manage a quarterly calendar of events, promos, and initiatives, shipping on deadline.
• Coach the team to run their lanes independently while connecting them into one program.

What you'll need

• Experience running one-to-many partner, affiliate, creator, or community programs at scale.
• Experience leading a team with a wide variety of skill sets (events, creative and marketing, operations, and compliance).
• Highly organized and action-biased, able to run multiple programs at once.
