Overview

Work as a Manager – AI Data Scientist Engineer, Advisory, supporting clients with business analysis, data requirements, healthcare data analysis, and analytics and reporting solutions.

What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider, and related data.
• Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.

What you'll need

• Strong exposure to the US Healthcare domain, including Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, and Benefits.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on SQL expertise.
• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• BE/BTech or MBA.
• Master of Business Administration.
• IT Business Analysis.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business analyst.
