Manager – Data Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Manager role in PwC's Advisory line (Data, Analytics & AI specialism) supporting the sales team with Sales Ops work: target setting, quota management, territory planning and compensation planning.

What you'll do

• Set targets and manage quota setting (QRF, quota setting and quota management).
• Plan territories, such as deciding on regions.
• Plan compensation and decide the right compensation across sales team members.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience working across target setting, QRF, quota setting and quota management.
• Experience across territory planning, such as deciding on regions.
• Experience across compensation planning and deciding the right compensation across sales team members.
• Extensive work on Excel with knowledge of Excel functions.
• Ability to use Power BI (PBI).
• Excellent communication.
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA; Master of Business Administration listed as the required degree/field of study.

Nice to have

• Power BI and SQL.
