Manager/Engineer - Quality (Commercial/Mixed Use/Residential - Precast Plant)

Overview

Manager/Engineer - Quality role responsible for preparing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems across the project lifecycle for a precast plant delivering commercial/mixed-use/residential work.

What you'll do

• Prepare and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor quality policies/procedures and report improvement areas.
• Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications against quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve QA/QC issues in coordination with Construction Managers/Consultants/Department Heads.
• Perform daily inspections and testing for contract scopes on or off site.

What you'll need

• B.E. Civil with 5 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles.
• Technical awareness of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Architectural works.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
