Overview
Support execution of R2R accounting activities as a Controllership R2R Ops Manager at the Hyderabad Center of Excellence, leading a team and working collaboratively within Finance.
What you'll do
- Support execution of record-to-report (R2R) accounting activities in BMS's Hyderabad CoE.
- Ensure R2R activities are executed seamlessly through open communication and cooperation.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll need
- Exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes.
- Deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience for qualified (CA/CMA) candidates.
- 8+ years of experience for non-CA/CMA candidates.

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Work model: expected 50% in-person.
