Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

Overview

Remote role managing key investor relations projects, the quarterly earnings process, and strategic finance initiatives supporting long-term growth and competitive positioning.

What you'll do

• Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work
• Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives
• Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify and synthesize key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability
• Collaborate on the execution of the annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences
• Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth, with the capability to confidently discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models
• Foundational to advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines, as well as utilizing modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
