Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A 4C

Overview

Sr. Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Genpact.

What you'll do

• Own AOP and monthly forecasting of revenue and cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP etc., and drive it through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Track, analyse and report financial performance, including flash reporting and variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance.
• Prepare weekly updates from Divisions, SC, and Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A).
• Support division finance and other verticals with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for consolidation of forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with thoughtful and meaningful analysis.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior-year revenue and expenses, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the team with ad-hoc scenario building using financial models.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Business Analysis, Critical Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), Data Analytics, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger (GL), Microsoft Office.
• English language, proficient (C2).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI).
