Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A 4C

Overview

Senior specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), supporting annual operating plan, forecasting, performance tracking and financial modelling.

What you'll do

• Drive the AOP and monthly forecasting of revenue and cost lines, including SG&A, IT and STIP, through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Track, analyse and report financial performance, including Flash reports, variance analysis to senior management, and weekly updates from Divisions, SC and SG&A.
• Support division finance and other verticals with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for the relevant process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on consolidation of forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with thoughtful and meaningful analysis.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior-year revenue and expenses, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc scenario building using financial models.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Required skill: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• English language proficiency (required); elementary, A2 level.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst certification.
