Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A 4C

Overview

Senior Specialist in Finance & Accounting (FP&A), responsible for forecasting, financial performance reporting and financial modelling support.

What you'll do

• Drive AOP and monthly forecasting of revenue and cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP, and drive it through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Track, analyse and report financial performance, including Flash reporting with variance analysis to senior management.
• Prepare weekly updates from Divisions, SC, and Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A).
• Support division finance and other verticals with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for the relevant process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on consolidation of forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with thoughtful and meaningful analysis.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior-year revenue and expenses, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the team with ad-hoc scenario building using financial models.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Language: English (Required), Proficient, C2.
• Required skills: Business Analysis, Critical Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), Data Analytics, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger (GL), Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI).
