Overview
Lead secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure supporting clinical research sites and remote work environments. Manage networking, cloud and endpoint services, technology projects, automation, and a technical team.
What you'll do
- Design and manage switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and support business continuity planning.
- Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Lead device provisioning and lifecycle management with Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, clinical-site expansion, and technology refresh projects.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain IT professionals.
- Partner with security, privacy, compliance, and legal teams on audits and risk management.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, networking, operations, or service delivery.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams.
- 5+ years in an IT management or technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed environments and managing enterprise networks, Microsoft cloud services, endpoint platforms, and complex technology initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled automation and workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, ITSM platforms, scripting, workflow automation, or AI-enabled operations tools.
- ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco/Meraki, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
Details
- Remote within the United States.
- Minimal national travel required.
- Expected pay: $140,000–$170,000 USD per year for full-time team members.
