Overview

Lead a Sales Engineering team supporting AI presales across Benelux, France, and the Nordics. This hands-on manager role combines strategic deal support, market penetration, lead generation, and thought leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 5–6 Sales Engineers.
• Support strategic deals, discovery calls, demos, and technical RFPs.
• Own market penetration across Benelux, France, and the Nordics.
• Drive lead generation with marketing and regional sales.
• Build thought leadership and facilitate internal training.
• Prioritize team activities and delegate work autonomously.
• Support upsell opportunities with Customer Success.

What you'll need

• Experience in enterprise software, ideally contact center or automation technologies.
• Team lead or manager experience, including regular 1:1s and people management.
• Understanding of technology and AI.
• Deep knowledge of Conversational AI, including GenAI, LLMs, STT, and TTS.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, and A2A communication.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Ability to coach individuals and build a high-performing team.
