Manager, Quality Engineering (TCF)

Overview

Lead QA delivery and Quality Engineering initiatives as a Technical Manager, combining technical leadership, people management, client engagement, and delivery ownership. Drive adoption of AI-powered testing and agentic automation across QA.

What you'll do

• Lead QA teams across projects.
• Define QA, testing, automation, and Quality Engineering strategies.
• Design and implement agentic automation solutions for testing.
• Manage team performance, resource allocation, utilization, and development.
• Own QA delivery, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Prepare SOWs, estimates, resource plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Present QA status, metrics, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering.
• Strong experience in Functional Testing and Test Automation.
• Experience managing QA teams and people.
• Experience with client and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with SOWs, estimation, resource planning, and delivery management.
• Knowledge of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with UI and API automation, programming, and AI-driven QA.

Nice to have

• Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI/LLM tools for QA automation.
