Quality Automation Specialist, VP

Overview

Vice President-level Quality Automation Specialist responsible for automated testing, quality assurance, and continuous integration across delivery models.

What you'll do

• Develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and testing products.
• Define and refine manual and automated testing scope.
• Create automated test scripts, user documentation, and testing artefacts.
• Support quality across the idea-to-value lifecycle.
• Use data, return-on-investment, and value measures to guide testing decisions.
• Enable colleagues to build end-to-end automation testing skills.

What you'll need

• 12 years of experience in automated testing.
• Experience in Agile development or CI/CD environments.
• Technical understanding of testing ETL transformations, data streaming pipelines, APIs, microservices, UI elements, and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in Python, Playwright, and Pytest for automated system integration tests.
• Expertise integrating test suites with GitLab and build pipelines.
• Proficiency in API and performance test automation.
• Experience with test automation design patterns and industry standards.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/LLM model testing.
• Exposure to data streaming testing.
• Exposure to performance testing using current tools and frameworks.
