Senior Manager, Quality Engineering focused on Quality Assurance for GenAI, leading QA efforts and defining an AI-driven development and testing strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a QA team, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute a strategy to leverage GenAI to enhance development and testing methodologies.
• Develop quality and performance metrics for generative and agentic AI models across accuracy, bias, safety, relevance, and autonomous task completion.
• Design testing methodologies to validate autonomous behavior of agentic AI systems for reliability and alignment with goals.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data science to embed a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.
• Evolve test automation frameworks for non-deterministic and dynamic AI-driven software and drive tools/infrastructure for robust testing and monitoring in production.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle and modern testing methodologies.
