Senior Software Engineer - (macOS-Swift/Objective C)-Bengaluru

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub team on the macOS platform.

What you'll do

• Handle complex technical design discussions across stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain macOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing macOS application functionality.
• Write clean, modular, testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Utilise macOS frameworks, APIs, and tools to deliver robust applications.
• Participate in code reviews and stay updated on macOS features and development trends.

What you'll need

• 8 years experience in coding and problem-solving, including DS/Algo with basic HLD/LLD.
• Extensive background in macOS internals and software architecture.
• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI for macOS application development.
• Ability to debug complex problems and analyse stack traces from crash dumps.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (stated as a plus).

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• Work mode: Hybrid; 3 days/week in local office and remaining days work from home.
• Reporting line: report to the Manager / Sr. Manager.
