Manager - Strategy & operations

Overview

Support the growth of Glance TV across markets as a Strategy & Operations Manager, working with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Ads Monetization, Finance and Analytics teams to drive business insights, execution and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Drive business analysis and generate insights across engagement, monetization, ad experience and product performance.
• Own monitoring and reporting of internal and external dashboards; proactively identify trends, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Ads, Analytics and Finance teams on performance tracking, forecasting and business planning.
• Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to build reports, uncover insights and build business models.
• Own cross-functional execution and ensure timelines are met across internal and external deliverables.
• Build executive presentations, business updates, pitches and strategic collaterals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive alignment across global teams in India, US, Japan and future markets.

What you'll need

• Experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Product Strategy or related roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience deriving insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with analytical and dashboarding tools such as Power BI/Databricks and monitoring business performance dashboards.
• Experience working with Ads, Monetization, Analytics and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to convert data into clear business narratives.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional and global environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer tech, media, ad-tech, OTT/CTV or digital platforms.
