Manager Supply Chain

Overview

Individual contributor role responsible for maximising the effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain, handling highly complex or specialized projects and guiding less experienced personnel.

What you'll do

• Execute highly complex or specialized supply chain projects, adapting precedent and making significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
• Supervise or act as an advanced supply specialist, instructing, guiding, training and aiding in the development of less experienced personnel.
• Demonstrate broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and defining new opportunities.
• Work across logistics control, supply and transportation, or a combination of these areas.
• Make decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.).
• Take a leading role in formulating and evaluating complex marketing programs.
• Contribute to the annual profit planning process.

What you'll need

• Associate's Degree (approximately 13 years of education).
• Minimum 7 years of experience.

• Location: India, Mumbai, BKC Building.
• Work shift: Standard.
• Significant work activities: continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day).
