Manager - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions for Guidehouse India, developing talent acquisition strategies and leading the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Lead the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
• Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners.
• Drive bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring initiatives.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Prepare and present hiring reports, dashboards, and recruitment insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate recruitment operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing recruitment budgets, vendors, and sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale hiring projects and ramp-up requirements.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
