Talent Acquisition Specialist (3rd party payroll)

Overview

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations, Projects & Engineering, Shipping, Innovation and Business Insights roles
• Lead candidate evaluation, salary offer discussions, and negotiation processes
• Act as an advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures, workforce planning, and market trends
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development to meet GCC growth objectives
• Leverage HR business partner expertise to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes

What you'll need

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday, HiredScore) and sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Indian tech talent landscape
• Strong stakeholder management skills
