Manager, Value Engineering

Overview

Manager, Value Engineering leads end-to-end customer value journeys, from acquisition and expansion through adoption and renewals, within a region or vertical.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Translate customer strategic objectives into Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives with sales leadership.
• Create and scale value by guiding customers through the Celonis Value Journey and deployment of new features/products.
• Direct Value Engineering, Services, and ecosystem resources to deliver durable business outcomes.
• Host QBRs and EBRs to communicate outcomes and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and coach the next generation of Value Engineers.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of business domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation).
• Deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite strategic priorities.
• Hands-on ability to demonstrate Process Intelligence value by building dashboards, applications, and Action Flows.
• Experience planning and managing project scope, expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Native or near-native fluency in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
