Overview
Engineering Manager for the team that builds and runs anthropic.com and claude.com, owning the full stack behind marketing web surfaces.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a small senior team of web engineers through coaching, hiring, and craft/reliability standards.
- Own the technical roadmap for anthropic.com and claude.com, including CMS architecture, publishing workflow, performance, SEO health, localization, design system, deploy pipeline, and on-call/incident response.
- Lead launch engineering for model, product, and campaign moments and ship high-quality pages on shifting timelines.
- Build internal tooling and integrations, including Claude-in-the-loop workflows, enabling designers and editors to publish without engineering as a bottleneck.
- Partner with design and editorial using creative technology for data visualizations, interactive explainers, and campaign experiences that require engineering.
- Align web engineering execution with Marketing, Product, Comms, and core Engineering goals and decline work that doesn’t move them.
