Manufacturing Process Engineer

Overview

Manufacturing Process Engineer supporting Magnetic Resonance (MR) medical equipment operations by improving manufacturing processes, product quality, and process validation.

What you'll do

• Own and support MR product manufacturing processes and Device Master Records (DMR).
• Develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing processes and assembly tooling (jigs, fixtures, test equipment).
• Lead process validation activities and ensure manufacturing readiness for production requirements.
• Reduce defects by driving defect reduction initiatives, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Perform CAPA and conduct manufacturing process risk assessments using pFMEA.
• Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and implement engineering changes in manufacturing.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering/production engineering (trainee experience also considered).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
• Hands-on problem-solving experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance practices.
• Strong technical documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
