Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Overview

Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure manufacturing process conformity and correct first-time delivery by implementing and maintaining quality processes and standards.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain quality standards within manufacturing processes.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and documentation conform to Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan requirements.
• Develop inspection and testing methods, procedures, and embedded tests for manufactured products.
• Design final inspection/EOL tests to prevent non-conforming parts leaving the plant and coordinate containment and firewall activities.
• Conduct manufacturing process audits against established limits and specifications.
• Support QMS activities including evaluation of policies and design/development/documentation of new policies and procedures.

What you'll need

• BE (Mech/Auto) degree.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software.
• Experience with maintaining quality documentation and records for inspection and testing.
• Knowledge of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan requirements.
• Capability to instigate production-area quality improvements and support continuous improvement.
