Overview

Mariner Development Advisor for Chevron’s Subsea, Civil and Marine Engineering team in Bengaluru, responsible for mariner professional development, performance management, and career progression.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage operational exposure for mariners from a development perspective.
• Monitor and guide mariner career progression and identify officer development gaps.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new and returning mariners.
• Facilitate feedback and development calls and provide appraisal/PMP feedback.
• Manage compliance-related documentation and competence completion systems for mariners.
• Act as a liaison between mariners, Fleet Operations, and Fleet Personnel Management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years in maritime operations, personnel management, or career development roles.
• Experience with mariner performance management is highly valued.
