Senior Associate HR Business Partner

Overview

The Senior Associate HR Business Partner supports application of corporate HR policies, organizational development, and talent management within an assigned business unit.

What you'll do

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires to support a smooth organizational transition.
• Handle and resolve employee relations issues with HRBPs and HR leadership.
• Support performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Support design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Prepare and present HR reports and data analysis for HRBPs and business leaders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
• Moderate experience in a similar HR business partner role, preferably in a global IT organization.
• Moderate experience working with internal and external stakeholders across business levels.
• Moderate experience leveraging HR technologies, including some HRIS, LMS, e-Recruitment, and Payroll systems.
• Developing knowledge of HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Developing knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
