Asia Service Delivery – Associate, HR Business Partners

Overview

Associate (Asia) HR Business Partner/Regional HRES Advisor providing day-to-day support and strategic advice across the employee lifecycle for HR deliverables and stakeholder needs.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Human Resources and business stakeholders to support HR deliverables.
• Support and advise across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination.
• Partner with Employee Relations and Employment Legal on employee relations and performance management matters.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution for performance and employee relations issues.
• Partner with HR product teams locally and globally on HR initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders using analytics and reporting tools with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and understanding of local regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding judgment and strong critical thinking, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, high-volume environment.
• Commercial and advisory mindset with a foundation in data analysis.
• Strong clients focus.
• Standard shift timings from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM HKT (7:30 AM–4:30 PM IST), with flexibility for projects and meetings.
